which conceptualizes the synergistic collaboration of Agrimeccanica srl and Isotech srl, two Italian companies that in the last decade have combined their respective skills and technologies to develop specific or undifferentiated waste transformation processes, including sewage sludge. The proprietary CARBOGEN® technology, core of those processes, combines high performance characteristics with the production of energy products, high quality agricultural products and products useful for the construction of infrastructures.
AGRIMECCANICA SRL
Agrimeccanica is an Italian company active for 70 years to conceive and produce high-tech, innovative, and avant-garde agricultural equipment. It was founded in 1947 and continued today by the founder’s heirs. In recent years, Agrimeccanica srl, in tied cooperation with its partners, designed and developed an advanced system to implement the pyrolysis process at industrial size. The Company gained in a few years and holds a valuable experience in this technological area and can provide high performance/long-life plants of different sizes and powers, configured to satisfy differentiate requirements.
The customer is provided with the best solution relating to biomass to be subjected to the pyrolysis process compatible with the constraints imposed by the final plant sites. The company, at its headquarters in Italy, has a pyrolysis demonstration system where it is possible to illustrate to the customer the performance of the process with all the materials that, due to their chemical characteristics, can be submitted to the process. The system, consisting of a small-scale pyrolysis reactor but functionally congruent with the product, allows continuous testing of the process to simulate and optimize the design of the plant according to the customer’s requirements.
ISOTECH SRL
Isotech srl is an Italian Company that operates in the industrial sector, in particular in the field of design, construction, installation and commissioning of electrochemical plants and advanced technology machinery. The Company provides services for the sampling and analysis of liquid and gases coming from industrial processes and civil settlements and through a group of professionals specialized in different productive sectors, several global assistance services are provided in the environmental field since 2009.
In recent years, Isotech srl has specialized in the treatment of biomasses devoted to the energy production, by pyrolysis and cogeneration. In particular, Isotech srl has developed a process for a further up-grading of the syngas, mainly obtained by the pyrolisis of undifferentiated waste, to produce technical hydrogen and methane with a high degree of purity, such as to be able to be placed in the distribution net. The pyrolisis is the most significant process for waste treatment proposed by Isotech srl as it allows the environmentally correct elimination of the waste itself with high energy recovery and simultaneous zeroing of polluting sources. The Isotech plants don’t produce any toxic emission and any toxic residual. The Company, in close collaboration with its industrial and academic partners has developed technologically advanced plants to implement the pyrolysis process on waste aimed at recovering valuable materials (syngas, char, biochar, condensed). The company philosophy is to favor the design of integrated platforms, to promote the optimal use of resources and e to efficiently produce energy from them.
